what to expect on your wedding day
Weddings often get a bad rep for being overwhelming and stressful, and, as I'm sure you're learning, planning a wedding with so many options, opinions, and information pulling you in different directions can make it feel impossible to enjoy the day you've dreamed of for so long. Take heart, friend. I'm here to remind you that at the end of the day, what matters most, is each other. Whether you're planning an intimate elopement or inviting every one you hold dear, you deserve a celebration that reflects your unique love story and brings joy to your hearts.
My promise is to serve you by offering all of my expertise, so that you can actually be present on your wedding day. But more than that, my passion and my heart's desire is to create a space where you can truly connect and allow authenticity and emotion to take priority on your wedding day. Being fully present is where the magic truly begins.
From building a timeline to fluffing your dress, I will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring this experience is sentimental and unforgettable. Your only job is to trust me, and embrace this experience whole-heartedly.

After you land in my inbox, we set up a time to chat over the phone. I love to do phone calls because I feel like they are so much more personable. It's a great time to go over details and make sure we are a good fit. When you're ready, we will finalize your package, sign contract and pay your retainer. Then, let the planning begin!

After you've paid your retainer and signed your contract, we can start planning your engagement session. We will get you scheduled on the calendar, and pick out a perfect location. I will give you all of my expertise on outfits, locations, posing and more. I will be there every step of the way.

About 2 months before your wedding, we will schedule another phone call to go over your timeline! If you have a planner or coordinator that creates a timeline for you, we will use this time to go over their timeline and address any changes if necessary. If you don't have a planner or coordinator, we can create a timeline together from scratch!

Timelines are helpful for the flow of the day, but they are more like guidelines. My top priority is to encourage and create real moments that you are able to be truly present in. I will help direct you, and capture the day with my documentary style approach, even if that means we stray from the timeline from time to time.

Within a few days, I'll get your some sneak peeks to relive the highlights of your best day. Grab your partner, and some tissues, and cozy up for a sweet slideshow of your magical day. About 4-8 weeks later, the rest of your photos will be delivered! From there we can create any products you've ordered, or place an order for any new ones. You can also download your photos to share them on social media or with friends and relatives.

I'm partial to mountains, but I won't say no to sand-kissed toes. I'll travel anywhere for love! Out of state, or even internationally! The best part is - if it's somewhere that's already on my travel calendar, there's no travel fees!

I always prep my equipment before each wedding day. My camera is equipped with dual card slots ensuring that your photos are doubly stored as they are captured. After each wedding I transfer all files to an external hard drive, and I never delete any files off the cards or hard drive until after your photos have been fully delivered. I also use a premium gallery software that stores your photos in your private gallery forever.
