After you've paid your retainer and signed your contract, we can start planning. We will discuss ideas, inspiration, and even create mood boards if you'd like! We can also look into permits and other legal requirements so that we are prepared. I will be there every step of the way offering all of my expertise.

I'll take care of securing my own flights, rental car, and stay so you don't have to! I'll arrive 1-2 days early to allow for any travel mishaps, and also so I can have time to do some location scouting! I'll find the best places so that when the big day arrives, we know exactly where to go.

About 1-2 months before your elopement, we will schedule another phone call to go over your timeline and any other finalizing details as we prepare for your elopement!

Timelines are helpful for the flow of the day, but they are more like guidelines. My top priority is to encourage and create real moments that you are able to be truly present in. I will help direct you, and capture the day with my documentary style approach, even if that means we stray from the timeline from time to time. I'm down for any adventures you are, and I don't mind going off the beaten path or getting a little dirty.

When I've arrived safely back home, I'll get you some sneak peeks to relive the highlights of your best day. Grab your partner, and some tissues, and cozy up for a sweet slideshow of your magical day. About 4-8 weeks later, the rest of your photos will be delivered! From there we can create any products you've ordered, or place an order for any new ones. You can also download your photos to share them on social media or with friends and relatives.

I will factor in all travel expenses (flights, rental cars, hotels/airbnb, etc) into your total cost! I also take care of securing all of my bookings for the trip so you don't have to worry about it.

My camera is equipped with dual card slots ensuring that your photos are doubly stored as they are captured. After each wedding I transfer all files to an external hard drive, and I never delete any files off the cards or hard drive until after your photos have been fully delivered. I also use a premium gallery software that stores your photos in your private online gallery forever.
